As a Lead Salesforce Consultant fluent in German, you will play a crucial role in leading Salesforce presales projects and implementation projects for our German-speaking clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation and requirements gathering to implementation, customization, and post-implementation support. Your expertise in Salesforce, combined with your fluency in German, will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and document client requirements in German.

Salesforce Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions based on client requirements. Develop and implement custom Salesforce functionality using declarative tools, Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies.

Project Management: Manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. Create user documentation and conduct training sessions in German to empower clients to maximize the value of their Salesforce investment.

Best Practices and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Fluent in German (both written and verbal) with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is also required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Integration technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
