In this job as an IT Security Engineer/Analyst you will observe, investigate and organize appropriate measures against vulnerabilities and critical security incidents, including attack response. As part of the team, you will oversee the management, support and development of the existing SIEM environment. Business fluent German and good English are a requirement for this position.

Job Responsibilities

In this position, as part of a team, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of technical concepts. You will work with Red Team Operations to analyze and generate countermeasure and elimination procedures. As a team member, you will view, track and neutralize threats and attack events in real time.

To apply for this IT Security Engineer/Analyst Job you should have/be:

• A Computer science/security education or 5+ years of IT security experience
• Interest in IT security and a desire to remain up to date with new technologies and threats
• Strong communication and documentation skills with a proactive mindset
• An understanding and practical knowledge of core SIEM concepts is an advantage
• Able to work on-call
• Business Fluent German and good English
• Candidates with further education/certificates in IT security are considered advantageous
