Asher Cos

With a double degree in Law and Labour Relations, Asher's career in recruitment began at a leading pharmaceutical company. This role laid the foundation for his expertise as a recruiter.

Driven by a dedication to connecting talent with opportunity, he ventured to Shanghai to complete his studies and created a platform linking local students with foreign teachers, honing his skills in talent matching.

After four enriching years in Asia, Asher returned to Europe to contribute to the scaling of a start-up in sales and recruitment. His journey then led him to Zürich, where he diversified his recruiting experience across multiple sectors, including Life Sciences, Finance, Commodity Trading, and Technology. This diverse exposure has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the Swiss labour market.

As with the rest of the Summit team, Asher is a serious globetrotter. He has travelled in-between jobs through North and part of Central America by campervan, crossed Europe by bike, sailed part of the Indonesian Archipelago, and journeyed from Spain to China by land through Scandinavia, Russia, and Mongolia. Happily based in Luzern with Summit, you will often find him playing chess and ping-pong in Vögeligärtli.
