Jana Miloudi

Originally from the heart of Europe- Prague, Jana kickstarted her career in marketing and sales for one of the biggest European CD and vinyl manufacturers. This ignited her passion for collaborating with international clients. Her curiosity for diverse cultures and thirst for professional adventure, she took on an opportunity to move across the borders to London delving into the dynamic world of music industry. Little did she know this move would mark the commencement of her globe-trotting journey.

From the dazzling landscapes of Dubai to the bustling streets of Hong Kong, Jana’s journey led to vibrant Singapore, where she made a radical shift in her career by joining a headhunting firm. Her recruitment prowess spanned industries and functions across the APAC region, solidifying her love for the art of connecting talent.

A decade of life outside of Europe coupled with the joyous arrival of her son, it was a moment of decision to move back to Europe.

After a short stint in Paris, Jana found her home in Zurich, where she lives with her husband and their son. Joining Summit team in 2023 felt like stepping into a second home.

Jana loves water and escaping into the nature. And of course she is a passionate traveller. However a self-proclaimed globe-trotter with 33 countries under her belt, she humbly considers herself “a work in progress” compared to the world explorers in the team.

When the need for zen strikes, you will find her mastering Bikram yoga poses. When she needs a boost, she enjoys a good laugh and the simple pleasures of life- good food and good wine in a company of family and friends.
