Finding good candidates is time consuming and challenging. We use many channels to find the best candidates for you. Firstly, we look within our own network for suitable candidates before opening up the search and exploring both active talent on the market as well as headhunting from the 80% of talent that’s not actively looking, but passively open to considering opportunities.

Selection

We use data analytics to narrow down the market, before then filtering out unsuitable profiles through our personal interviewing. We provide you a selection of 2-3 candidates with personal insight from our interview with the candidate about their suitability for the position including salary information, etc.

Interviews

You give us your availability and we arrange the interviews, taking all the admin away from you. If required, we use your feedback to return to “The Search” tweaking what we are looking for to make sure the second round of sourcing brings an even closer match.

Hopefully everything has gone well with the interview and because we are always transparent with regards to salary etc, you won’t find out that you’ve interviewed someone who doesn’t fit in with the budget. We help with any on-boarding requirements and background checks and make sure the candidate is ready for their new position.
