Digital Banking Application Manager (GERMAN C1+)

We are currently looking for a Digital Banking Application Manager for one of our clients in financial services.

As a part of the digital team, your role will be a mixture of Product Ownership of digital products such as cryptocurrencies or open finance and Application Management of open banking platform bLink.


Your main tasks will be:
  • Lead the development and integration of digital currencies and open finance solutions across diverse initiatives.
  • Oversee the seamless operation of the bLink open banking platform and address any arising issues.
  • Provide level 2 technical assistance to clients.
  • Manage the scheduling and execution of releases and testing phases.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the digital banking services.
  • Serve as Product Owner for some products such as Twint.


To enjoy this job, you should have/be:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar field.
  • Technical understanding and experience in digital assets or open finance is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, open banking platform bLink is a MUST.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, customer centric mindset and passion to learn.
  • Fluent German (C1+) and English.

Your main tasks
  • Application responsible for the Change Management System APM and the PLM System 4PEP

Your profile
  • Completed vocational training with several years of experience in the IT sector
  • Experience as an application engineer in the SAP environment
  • Customizing experience in PLM (SD/CRM/C4C)
  • Enjoys working as a team to achieve success and sees stakeholders as a customer
  • Very good communication in German and English
  • Keen to work towards implementing new technologies and continue the digitalization of business processes

CRM Application Manager

What you will do:
  • Overall responsibility on the business side in the role of Product Owner for the new Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) including the Sales and Marketing Automation (SMA)

As the successful candidate, you will perform analysis of both existing and new interfaces to create solutions and ensure that the implementation and integration goes smoothly. You will perform integration tests with the client as part of your full life cycle project oversight to ensure all faults and errors are analysed and solved to maximize the availability of the application.

  • Several years of experience in technical consulting or full life cycle project management preferably within the financial sector
