Senior Oracle Developer/Lead

Field of expertise: Database Developer | in Bern | Permanent employment

For our of our clients in the Financial Services/Consultancy field in the Bern area, we are looking for 2 Senior Oracle Developers, an expert and a specialist. Up to 80% work from home allowed.

In this exciting job, you will be responsible for:

  • extensive in-house development based on PL / SQL, but also third-party applications
  • accompanying development projects and ensuring the transfer of new functionalities into regular operation
  • Planning and implementation of new releases in cooperation with the release management, including system tests and system acceptance
  • Incident and defect management
In order to be eligible for this job, you should possess:
  • Strong Oracle development knowledge, especially in the financial services area.
  • skilled in performance optimisation of databases
  • ITIL knowledge and Oracle certificate of advantage
  • Scrum and Agile methodologies of advantage
  • Fluent German, oral and written and English
