Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and manage a team of Power Platform developers, promoting continued adoption and growth of the platform globally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and system architects, to understand requirements.

Knowledge Center and Development Support:

  • Continue to develop, manage and organize the Power Platform and continue to grow the knowledge center within a Centre of Excellence for Power Platform development.
  • Develop and maintain a development support framework to assist in project delivery.

Best Practices and Standards:

  • Define and enforce best practices and standards for Power Platform development.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess adherence to established standards.
  • Create automated processes to detect and removed unused apps

Governance Framework:

  • Design and develop governance tools to monitor, audit, and report on the Power Platform governance framework.
  • Implement and enhance governance solutions for compliance with business and platform requirements.

Technical Guidance and Support:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to Power Platform users and developers.
  • Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.

Background and Experience:

  • 10+ years in IT within large, diverse global companies.
  • Minimum 5 years of Power Platform development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Business and platform Governance solutions with Power Platform.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in English
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
