We are currently searching for a SAP Basis Administrator for our high tech manufacturing client in the Bern region.

In this job as a SAP Basis Administrator, you will work to plan and execute upgrades, release changes and backups of all on-site and cloud based SAP related ecosystems constantly looking to optimize the system. Fluent English and German, both written and spoken, is required.

Your Job:

In this position as a SAP Basis Administrator you will provide administration and support across the entire authorization structure in cooperation with the corresponding modules’ managers. You will look to monitor, report on and troubleshoot the existing SAP infrastructure while planning and implementing technical projects with the help of other specialists. Analyzing the communication structure and all peripheral devices within the SAP infrastructure alongside the ICT Team to ensure proper documentation and information flow to the appropriate persons will be part of your daily tasks.

To apply for this SAP Basis Senior Consultant job you should have/be:

• 2+ years experience as a SAP Administrator in an international company
• Completed SAP basic training is a significant advantage
• Fluent English and German both spoken and written
• Responsible, independent, flexible and the ability to handle a high workload
• The willingness to work on-call schedules outside of normal office hours
