Key Responsibilities:

- Azure Cloud Security: Configuration and hardening of Azure infrastructure, including IAM, network security, data encryption, and threat monitoring.
- Risk and Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

Required Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Firewall and IT Security Architect fluent in German to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firewall technologies, particularly with Palo Alto and Fortinet, and possess the ability to design, implement, and support robust security solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, understanding their security requirements and providing expert advice.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their network security needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain effective firewall and IT security architectures.
- Develop comprehensive security strategies to safeguard client networks and data.

IAM Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and drive the development of the "Identity Services" team
- Ensure the stable operation of diverse IT infrastructure systems including Active Directory (AD), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Citrix, and IaaS Server Management.
- Support the migration of on-premise Active Directory (AD) to Azure Active Directory (AAD) in alignment with the public cloud strategy.
- Derive, plan, and execute strategic goals within the IT department.

Lead Cyber Security Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the IT and data security strategy, governance framework, and security roadmap for our global financial platform, which is based on SAP S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, and SAS.
- Oversee secure platform operations, including IAM, SOC, CIS, and Incident Response, while ensuring service availability through business continuity management, disaster recovery capabilities, and data security measures.
- Collaborate closely with management, IT teams, and other stakeholders to optimize security measures and align them with organizational goals.
- Drive the evolution of our group-wide security strategy and services, evaluating, conceptualizing, and implementing security initiatives in coordination with the group risk management and group IT board.

The successful candidate will be an important contact point for security reports, security processes and security controls. You will propose and execute improvements to our existing ISMS and be a key contributor to internal security training sessions and awareness programs. The successful candidate must be completely comfortable working in a technical German speaking environment.
