The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on cybersecurity best practices, implementing robust security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German-speaking Cybersecurity Consultant with expertise in the NIST framework, ISO 27001, and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on cybersecurity best practices, implementing robust security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Consultation:
- Provide expert advice to clients on cybersecurity strategies, risk management, and compliance.
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Advise on best practices for crisis management in the case of a cyber attack
NIST Framework and ISO 27001 Compliance:
- Assist clients in aligning their cybersecurity practices with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001 standards.
- Conduct audits, gap analyses and develop action plans to address deficiencies in compliance.
ISMS Implementation:
- Design, implement, and maintain Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ISMS into business processes effectively.
Incident Response and Risk Management:
- Develop and implement incident response plans to address cybersecurity incidents promptly.
- Assist clients in identifying and managing cybersecurity risks in their environments.
- Support clients in the creation of crisis processes to overcome and recover from cyber attacks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant with a focus on ISMS and compliance.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and relevant cybersecurity standards.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging cybersecurity technologies.
