Job Responsibilities
- Answering inquiries made via the main telephone number, by e-mail or via Internet portals
- Answering customer inquiries and providing advice on products and services
- Completion of new orders for services, products or cards and blocking compromised cards/accounts
- 1st and 2nd level support for both banking and interface
- Appointment scheduling with customer advisors
To apply for this Level 1 Banking Support Job you should have/be:
- Banking apprenticeship or current experience from a customer service center in a related industry (insurance, health insurance, financial service providers, etc.)
- they speak and understand Swiss German perfectly
- Able to write comfortably in German and speak/understand Swiss German fluently
- Experienced with digital work and communication tools
- Keen to work within a team setting but also perform well independently
