- You are responsible for the operation, monitoring and further development of our Windows server environment.
- Event, troubleshooting and problem management is part of your tasks.
- Planning and carrying out maintenance work takes no effort.
- You are responsible for the configuration, technical and administrative documentation of new systems.
- Operating a secure infrastructure is important to you (e.g. SSL certificates, vulnerability management, PKI operation).
- You maintain close collaboration with our internal customers.
- You will ensure support for 1st level support with complex customer problems as well as 3rd level partners with problem analysis and problem solving.
- On-call service (every 2 months).
- Selective support during apprentice training rounds off your area of responsibility.
- Training as a computer scientist with a focus on systems technology or equivalent knowledge, preferably with a HF degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in ICT infrastructure of a larger company
- Sound Microsoft knowledge (Windows Server OS, SCCM, MS-SQL, M365, Azure, etc.)
- Work experience in a hybrid environment (on-prem and cloud)
- VMWare, Citrix, backup and storage knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of script languages ??(e.g. Power Shell, Ansible, VB)
- Knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, switching/routing; troubleshooting)
- Willingness to deal with hospital-specific applications
