Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation and ongoing management of IT risk processes, utilizing tools and maintaining documentation.
- Coordinate and support the IT risk strategy, including setting evaluation and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in integrating a comprehensive risk management system into IT-driven business processes.
- Maintain the IT risk management manual and conduct risk assessments as needed.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and data protection officers to apply IT security standards.
- Help develop and maintain knowledge databases and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide project support for business and IT continuity management, including conducting risk analyses, tests, and training on emergency processes.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience as an IT administrator, risk/compliance officer, or in a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of creating and implementing IT emergency protocols and contingencies across varied IT services.
- Familiarity with business continuity management standards (e.g., BSI100-4, 200-4, ISO 22301/27005/31000).
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
