We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master (m/f/d) to join a high-impact eGovernment project in Bern. Work 2-3 days on-site in a collaborative, cross-functional team, with remote flexibility for the rest.

Start: January 2026
Location: Bern, Switzerland
Duration: 10 years project

• Bridge communication with stakeholders and other teams

Your background:

• Languages: German (C1), French or Italian (A2)
• Certification: Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org) or Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance)
• Experience: 2+ years as a Scrum Master (80%+ workload), supporting agile teams in interdisciplinary projects
