Banking Process and System Specialist

In this job as a Banking Process and System Specialist you will act as a SME between the banking and the IT team to ensure smooth operation of existing systems/processes and to help plan and develop requirements for new implementations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Requirement gathering/engineering for new implementations
  • Acting as a single point of contact and key communicator between the banking and IT teams
  • Monitor operations and projects that interact between the business/technical teams
  • Create documentation to detail processes and training documents
  • Testing of new systems/processes

To apply for this Banking Process and System Specialist Job you should have/be:

  • A background in the financial industry and knowledge of banking platforms
  • Experience with Business/requirement analysis, testing and system management
  • The ability to interact with business and technical teams
  • Fluent German and good English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multi task
