Business Analyst - Life and Health Reinsurance
Field of expertise: Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer | in Zurich | Contract employmentWe're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a hybrid business/tech profile to join a data-driven transformation project in the Life & Health insurance space. The role is based in Zurich with a flexible hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 work from home) for an initial 6 month period.
Key Responsibilities:
Map current ("AS-IS") processes around how data is used and managed (currently SQL Server).
Design future-state ("TO-BE") processes in preparation for a migration to Snowflake.
Identify data assets, gaps, and transformation needs from both business and technical perspectives.
Work independently with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to idea development and help shape scalable data solutions.
Requirements:
Strong experience in business analysis, especially with AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping.
Understanding of SQL Server and familiarity with data migrations.
Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively across teams.
Experience in Life & Health insurance or reinsurance is a strong plus.
