For a client in the engineering sector located in the Luzern area, we are currently recruiting a Business Analyst to join their dynamic research (R&D) team on a contract or permanent basis.
In this exciting Business Analyst job, you will be responsible for defining the functional and non-functional requirements with regards to cloud and digital technical solutions within a forward thinking research department. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders and providing risk assessments, understanding stakeholder needs, building a product roadmap and strategy and then working with the technology teams to deliver the solutions.
In order to apply for this Business Analyst job, you should possess:
- Solid experience in defining requirements within research (R&D) focused technology teams
- Experience creating plans, roadmaps and tracking progress
- A technical background, ideally in Software development
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe) would be of benefit
- Experience with software-run UI products is a benefit
