What you will do:
- Overall responsibility on the business side in the role of Product Owner for the new Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) including the Sales and Marketing Automation (SMA)
- Operation and maintenance of the supported business applications
- Taking on a leading role in the strategic project to introduce a new CRM and SMA system
- Designing the development roadmaps for the applications
- 2nd level support for incidents and technical support for customers and stakeholders
- Responsibility for release planning including testing
- Implementation of user training in the area of the applications for which you are responsible
Your Profile:
- Degree from a higher technical college or university, preferably in business informatics or industrial engineering
- Very good knowledge of CRM, preferably BSI Customer Suite
- Several years of professional experience in application management or business analysis
- Experience in the financial services sector and in working with sales management, marketing & sales or business development
- Knowledge of the Finnova banking system is an advantage
- Fluent German and good English is a must
