SYRIUS Consultant

For one of our clients we are looking for a SYRIUS Consultant to join their team in Zurich.

As the successful applicant to this job you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the business applications’ landscape. You will be combining your functional and technical expertise to develop innovative concepts and implement solutions for their stakeholders requirements.

We are looking for people from either a functional or a technical perspective (or both!) and depending on your skill set your responsibilities could include working with and coordinating with clients and other specialists to understand and document their needs, running workshops and steering committees, overseeing testing and deployment of new releases. You should be the type of person who is always looking to help improve processes, performance or functionality around the SYRIUS application. Depending on your background you may also be providing 2nd and 3rd level support assistance to both internal and external customers.

This is a forward thinking team, who constantly want to improve, so someone who likes to learn new technologies and constantly improve would be best suited for this position.

• Knowledge and Experience with SYRIUS
• Solution and Customer Oriented Mindset
• Fluent German
• Good knowledge of SQL and other scripting languages is an advantage
• Experience working in the Insurance sector
• Experience in application development will be a plus
