Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Manager
Field of expertise: Application Manager | in Zurich region | Permanent employment
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application manager with one of our clients, a Swiss technology company manufacturing embedded systems, in the area of Zürich.
It's on offer a permanent position and hybrid working model.
The right profile is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 in ERP or CRM expert, who can do some Project Management and configuration as well as be the Dynamics 365 reference person in the company.
Your job:
-Strategic planning, design and configuration of the IT services
-Ensure service operations (communication, database, application software)
-Change and project management
-Responsibility for strategic planning and quality management of IT services
-Ideal experience in the manufacturing industry
-Coordinate with internal and external business partners
Your profile
- +4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM, former D365 CE)
-Microsoft Power Platform products (such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) is a plus.
-Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (ERP) and/or its integration with CRM is also a plus.
-Experience with data management, business applications and ICT infrastructure in a complex global matrix.
-Fluent German and English
