We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for our client in financial services.
As a part of the team, your role will be bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for life insurance products. You will identify, analyze, and articulate business requirements, ensuring that the resulting solutions meet the needs of stakeholders while achieving organizational goals.
Your main tasks will be:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for life insurance products, processes, and systems.
Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance operational efficiency of the workflows.
Analyze business data, generate reports and interpret complex data to support decision-making.
Develop functional specifications, user stories, and detailed documentation for system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
To enjoy this job, you should have/be:
Previous experience in Business Analyst role in financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory requirements.
Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and an understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Native/ C2 German is a MUST and English.
