Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, providing technical leadership and expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your proficiency in German will be essential in ensuring effective communication with our German-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and process workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on German-speaking clients.
- Fluency in German is a must, with strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect, with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations, and custom application development.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead technical discussions.
