Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ServiceNow Sales Executive to drive growth and revenue for our client by building a robust sales pipeline and cultivating strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing field, leveraging the full ServiceNow portfolio and working with a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients and expand relationships with existing accounts to increase market share for ServiceNow solutions.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including regional industry teams, account leaders, and ServiceNow offering sellers, to ensure seamless cooperation and maximize customer success.
Foster long-term client relationships to support sustained growth and adoption of ServiceNow products.
Revenue and Sales Targets:
Take ownership of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue objectives across the full ServiceNow portfolio.
Actively work to close deals and drive customer satisfaction through tailored ServiceNow solutions.
ServiceNow Product and Market Expertise:
Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow developments, value propositions, and market trends.
Demonstrate knowledge of marketing, pricing, packaging, and licensing options for ServiceNow products to offer tailored solutions to clients.
Team Contribution:
Contribute to the success of the regional sales team and actively participate in the broader ServiceNow sales community to share insights and strategies.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, with demonstrable experience in IT services and product sales, particularly with ServiceNow solutions.
Strong hunting and business development skills, with the ability to execute sales strategies and engage effectively with clients.
Deep familiarity with ServiceNow products and business, including SaaS and cloud-based applications.
Digital sales expertise, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow’s platform and its impact on digital transformation initiatives.
Fluency in German and English is essential. French is a benefit.
