Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated German-speaking ServiceNow Platform Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Platform Specialist , you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business needs. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both German and English, possess strong technical skills, and have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions for the NOW self-hosted platforms / Service Portal
• Configure and customize ServiceNow management, instrumentation and discovery servers.
• Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow platform-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Engineer or similar role.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, MID servers and the NOW Service Portal.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and Jelly.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience in creating and maintaining ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
