Role Description
• Training, coaching and instruction of users in service level management and contract management with the ServiceNow platform
• Challenging the requirements for standard conformity. The aim is to introduce the functionality without customization, OOTB.
• Working in a BizDevOps team (business development operations)
• Development - implement and document new requirements
• Operations - operation of the SBB products for which the BizDevOps team is responsible (incident, problem management)
• Open and manage support cases at ServiceNow
• Write a solution design for new requirements
• Ensure that developments are integrated into the SBB NOW Platform
• Active participation in all PI events including story writing
• Proactive interaction with the business
• Proactive exchange with other NOW implementers from the digital service ""Service Management Platform""
Requirements
MUST
• Must be very familiar with and be able to convey the out-of-the-box functionalities of the ServiceNow Platform
• Several years of experience in product catalog, service level management, contract management
• Training and coaching skills, good at enabling users
• Good knowledge of the integration of various ServiceNow products
• Lean-Agile mindset internalized
• Good practical experience in the application of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and SAFe
• Good communication skills and integration into the team, the Agile Release Train and the digital service ""Service Management Platform""
• Consulting and challenging the business in the co-creation process
• Language: German fluent, spoken and written, English conversational
